Can I export my MaQma Helpdesk tickets from Joomla 2.5 to Joomla 3.x?

MaQma Helpdesk tickets export/import feature works only if both your source and target MaQma Helpdesk extensions have been installed on the same family of Joomla versions. For example, both - on Joomla 2.5 or both - on Joomla 3.x.

If you update your MaQma Helpdesk installation to the latest version 4.2.7, just installing it over your existing MH installation, and then try to open MH control panel, you may notice that its main menu gets displayed to you without CSS formatting, looking like the one on the screenshot below.
